Bisquick Pancakes (egg/peanut-free)

The instructions on the Bisquick box can be prepared as shown,

just eliminate the eggs.

You'll never know the difference!

Number of Pancakes:                 Bisquick Mix:                Milk:
About 14                                                         2 C.                                              1 C.

Mix the Bisquick and milk just until combined.

I usually throw in a handful of blueberries or a good sprinkle of cinnamon.

Yummy!
